beyond massage Jenny graduated from Prescott College with a double B.A. in Adventure Education and Agroecology. Before working as a massage therapist, Jenny spent nearly a decade living and working in the outdoors for adventure and wilderness therapy programs including Outward Bound. She likes to play outdoors in many forms. Jenny also enjoys travel, music, art, reading and writing, and spending time with family and friends. Since early in life, Jenny has been involved in contemplative practices including meditation and yoga. She continually practices being more present and compassionate and works to understand the nature of being human. |

Jenny LePage, NCTMB is a professional member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and is nationally certified through NCBTMB. trainingJenny graduated from the renowned Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, CO. This extensive 1000 hour program is considered to be the top massage school and offers the highest caliber in massage training.Her continuing education includes Asian bodywork techniques, reiki and aromatherapy. She also has specialized training in prenatal and postpartum massage. Jenny also practices lymphatic drainage and uses hot packs and Chinese medicated liniments to aid in effectiveness. Personalized aromatherapy is included in every session. Neuromuscular techniques include myofacial release, trigger point therapy, cyriax cross-fiber friction, and other specialized techniques to manage pain, treat injuries, and transform the body. Asian techniques include Shiatsu and Acupuncture-based meridian techniques. Asian bodywork is generally integrated into every session for a powerfully healing and balancing treatment. |

Materials are printed by a local company that uses wind power, soy ink, and unbleached recycled paper. Essential oils are organic or wildcrafted and regionally distilled whenever possible. Jenny chooses to order from companies initiating ecologically sustainable projects and those that enhance the communities in which the growers and distillers live.
Renovations for the new space at 238 E. Main Street include non-toxic and environmentally friendly cork floors and clay-based paint on the walls and ceilings. Recycled blue jeans were chosen for wall insulation. Jenny seeks additional ways to green her business and promotes a peaceful, healthy world for all.
