Jenny LePage, CMT, maintains her private massage therapy practice in Bozeman, Montana.
Jenny is a professional member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association).
training
Jenny received her training to become a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) from the renowned Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. This 1000 hour program is well known for its quality education and high number of training hours and is considered to be one of the top massage schools in the United States.
techniques
In her treatment-based work Jenny uses a variety of Neuromuscular techniques including MFR (Myofacial Release), MET's (Muscle Energy Techniques), Trigger Point Therapy, Cyriax Cross Fiber Friction, Pin and Stretch, Passive Stretching, and Reciprocal Inhibition. She is additionally trained in Prenatal and Postpartum massage and enjoys the unique experience of working with new and expectant mothers. Jenny also offers Lymphatic Drainage, general Relaxation massage, Reiki, and Shiatsu. Most sessions include a combination of appropriate techniques tailored to meet each client's needs. She creates essential oil blends for each client and uses medicated Chinese massage oils.

Jenny holds a double B.A. from Prescott College in Adventure Education and Environmental Studies.
Before becoming a full time massage therapist, Jenny spent close to a decade living and working in the wilderness with adventure and wilderness therapy programs including Outward Bound. Through that profound work and lifestyle, she learned to connect compassionately with others and to contemplate the nature of being human.
Jenny's personal pursuits are many and include an array of outdoor activities. She enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, running, rock climbing, gardening, whitewater canoing, canyoneering, backpacking, stargazing, fire-spinning, and playing guitars around campfires. Jenny is also a reader, writer and musician. She appreciates art in many forms, loves travel, and delights in spending time with family and friends. Jenny's yoga and meditation practice of the past 12 years has been a strong source of personal development and awareness. She continually practices being in the present moment.
